At Lisbon Art Stay, sustainability isn’t a corporate checklist; it’s woven into how we vibe, host, and operate every single day in the heart of the Baixa district. As a creative boutique hotel, our goal is simple: reducing our footprint and respecting your personal space without ever compromising on comfort or hygiene.

Did you know we are one of the few hotels in downtown Lisbon using solar energy?

15 Solar Panels

We have a system of 15 panels on our roof that helps heat water for guest rooms and common areas.

A significant part of our hot water is generated through the sun, making your stay much more resource-efficient.

All rooms and apartments use energy-saving systems activated by your key card, so we don’t waste electricity when you’re out exploring the city.

Privacy meets a lighter footprint

Daily cleaning “by default” is a bit outdated. Based on guest feedback, we’ve shifted to a flexible system that saves thousands of liters of water and energy while giving you total privacy.

How it works:

A light Room Refresh is scheduled every 3 nights

A light Room Refresh is scheduled every 6 nights.

Of course, every space gets a full professional deep clean at the end of every stay.

What’s in a Room Refresh?
We’ll make your bed, swap your towels, empty the trash, replenish essentials, and air out the room.

Need a boost?

If you want an extra Room Refresh, just hang the “Service Please” sign outside your door before 11:00 AM.

If you prefer a full professional cleaning during your stay, you can request it directly at reception.

Not in the mood for visitors? Just use the “Do Not Disturb” sign to skip a scheduled refresh.

Our reception team is available 24/7 to help with any housekeeping needs.
