Oversees a restaurant's kitchen by managing other members of the food preparation team, deciding what dishes to serve and adjusting orders to meet guests' requests. May assist in prep work, such as chopping vegetables, but more often will be involved in cooking specialty dishes.

Cleanliness & organization is a must. 

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

Languages: English, Portuguese + more (the more languages you speak the better 😉 ).

Must keep calm and be exremely friendly at all times. 

Takes orders, answers questions about the menu and food, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, takes payment, communicates orders with the kitchen staff, seats customers, and helps with customer service and cleaning.

Manages the company's social media accounts and posts content. Brainstorms campaign ideas. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, & Instagram. Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns. Must have a good eye and good at writing captions in English & Portuguese. 

Provides support for the head chef. Job duties include managing inventory, ensuring that the kitchen meets food safety and cleanliness standards, and helping kitchen staff with food preparation.

Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house. Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service. Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed. Responds timely to guests' special requests.
